Colton takes most of these calls personally, and come spring, storm-timing questions land almost as often as pricing ones.

Is my shipment handed off to another company at any point?
No. Our own trucks carry it start to finish, our own crew loads and unloads it, and nobody outside Just Right Transportation ever takes possession of it.
Are the guys on the truck employees or contractors picked up for the day?
W-2 employees, every one of them. Several have been on this crew for years, not weeks.
How does a gravel driveway or a locked gate change how you plan the job?
It gets built into the schedule before the truck ever leaves Azle. Colton confirms gate codes, cattle-guard crossings, and driveway conditions ahead of time so the crew isn't guessing at the property line.
Roughly what does a two-bedroom move around Azle cost?
Two movers run around $105 an hour, four run closer to $182. Prefer a fixed number instead of a clock? Send Colton some photos and he'll write up a flat price.
My property is a new-construction lot in Weatherford and the street barely shows up on GPS. Is that a problem?
Not once we know ahead of time. Colton confirms the lot, the nearest cross street, and any temporary address before your date so the crew doesn't waste the morning circling a subdivision.
Which spots fall inside your normal driving range?
Springtown, Reno, Boyd, Weatherford, Aledo, and Lake Worth cover most weeks. For anything past the state line, Memphis, St. Louis, Wichita, and Jackson are our regular long-haul lanes.
I've got a boat and dock gear at a place on Eagle Mountain Lake. Do you handle that?
Regularly. Boat gear, jet skis, and dock equipment get their own plan instead of getting stacked in with the living-room furniture.
Can you prove Just Right is actually licensed to operate in Texas?
Yes — that covers state registration for household moves, federal authority for long-distance jobs, and current insurance on every truck.
My HOA in Aledo wants a certificate of insurance ahead of my move date. Can you send that over?
Send us a contact at the HOA and it's handled, usually well before your crew shows up at the gate.
What if there's a gap between when we move out and when we close?
That's what our storage option covers -- $90 to $210 a month by unit size, and the crew that packed your truck is the same one bringing everything back out.
How far ahead should I book?
A week usually covers a local job. Push that to about three weeks for a long-distance move or if your date lands during a busy spring or summer stretch.
Is there coverage if something arrives broken?
Yes, sixty cents per pound by default. Want more? Colton can arrange full-value protection ahead of time -- about one to three percent of your declared value, with a nine-month window to file after delivery.
Can Just Right handle a small office move near Azle's FM 730 corridor?
Regularly. A back-office relocation goes through the same flat-rate, written-quote process as any household job.
