Trace Odom plots the day’s route once he’s checked what’s happening with the weather that week, working around anything from a spring storm cell to a stretch of I-20 construction.
Reagan Voss runs estimating, whether that’s an in-person walkthrough of a Weatherford new-build or a video you text over from a Springtown ranchette, and turns either into a number you can plan around. For the tougher acreage jobs or a same-week office move, Colton gets back in the truck himself.
Local crews answer to Jace Holloway, and nobody handles a customer’s belongings without a training run behind them first. Long-distance loads belong to Dalton Reese, who runs the Memphis, St. Louis, Wichita, and Jackson lanes.
